These Terms of Service govern access to and use of siytinternational.com and all orders placed through it.
1. Seller

2. Contract formation
An order constitutes an offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by e-mail and payment is made or authorised.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in Serbian dinars (RSD) on the Serbian interface and euros (EUR) on the English interface, inclusive of VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown before order confirmation.
4. Delivery
We deliver to Serbia and EU member states. Times are indicative; see Shipping & Payment.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days without a reason. See Withdrawal & Returns.
6. Conformity and warranty
The seller is responsible for lack of conformity for two years from delivery to the consumer. A commercial warranty applies only where expressly provided. Any commercial warranty does not affect these statutory rights.
7. Complaints
Submit complaints via the Contact page. In a dispute you may turn to the competent consumer protection body.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
9. Governing law
The law of the seller’s seat applies; for consumer contracts, mandatory rules of the consumer’s residence also apply.
