Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Consumers may withdraw within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without a reason, by notifying info@siytinternational.com or using the form below.
Deadlines
- Notice: within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- Return: within 14 days of the notice.
- Refund: within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of dispatch, whichever occurs first.
Return costs
The direct cost of return is borne by the consumer unless the seller agrees otherwise. The refund covers the product price and standard delivery (not express).
Diminished value
The consumer is liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others: sealed goods genuinely unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, personalised items, perishable goods.

The seller bears return costs for non-conforming goods. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method without additional charges.
